Our drivers are experienced drivers and are equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable journey. We provide licensed and certified crew, vehicles, and any special needs equipment or assistance needed for your safety.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time.

If a scheduled pickup needs to be cancelled:

Cancel at least 24 hours before the schedule pickup time, if possible
If cancelling less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup time, passenger may be charged a cancellation fee.
Once the cancellation is processed, the passenger should received a confirmation via email or text confirming the cancellation.
